Finally I'm back from YA camp. YEAH~!! I'm kinda missing my bed and bolster and pillow all the while. Had a very bad sore muscle aches around my upper body when I woke up this morning for school, esp. my shoulders. Guess I'm not used to sleeping on hard, flat grounds yet. For 2 nights, I've been sleeping on the hard carpeted ground with my sleeping bag. Nice experience eh?
And yeah...I missed someone the most. =P
Had tutoring today. My tutee's really cute. Now she's getting to like me a lot. haha...I'm glad. She's so sweeeeeeet, and polite. She even drew me a picture...haha! Here's the pic:
"for you sister :)" is the message written on it.
I'm starting to like her as well, even though she asked quite a number of questions which are not related to our science subject. haha! but I thought she's a very inquisitive child, with a good potential in future, just that she doesn't have much chance to get exposed to the outside world. How I wish I can get her parents' approval to bring her out to the library or some nature walk, to let her see the real world.
Oh, and because I went over there straight after school today, I had my homework with me, so I took out while waiting for her to finish the allocated assessment work that I gave her. Halfway through my work, she stared at me. I asked her why she didn't want to continue doing her work, and she told me she had finished hers. I was amused. haha...so I went through the work that she did with her. After that, I wanted to go back to my own work, but I thought she wanted to ask me some more questions. Instead, she said,'You continue doing your work lor.' I was surprised, and touched at the same time. She's a very thoughtful girl. =D I'm happy to spend my time teaching her.
I'm beginning to love tutoring.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm a failure as a daughter, a sister and a student.
Why?
1) bad daughter: Had a little quarrel with my mum just now. *sigh* I'm so sorry, mum. I didn't mean to be so rude. Sorry, I'm a bad joker. I'll not do that again. I'll have to be more independent starting from now on. I will have to.
2) bad sister: just read my sis's blog...I'm a selfish big sis. Always using comp the most. I shall let them use the comp more next time. Of course, I'll control their comp usage, so don't worry, mum!
3) bad student: I still didn't do very well for CT1. I have to buck up! I'm so freaked out now. I promise myself that no matter how exhausted I am, I'll continue to work hard. I have to get my As. I know I can.
Now for a change.
A turn in my life.
