Money: I'm here for you!!!Me: Oh, you look very beautiful and charming!! Money: Would you like to have me?Me: How?Money: Just join this franchise called, "Sunshine Empire" and POOF! there I am! Right in your back account!Me: So easy?Money: Yah, you need to introduce this franchise to other friends of yours as well, and you can receive many benefits like buying things online cashless, and having the chance to travel overseas, getting to know many people and most importantly, MORE money and time!!!Me: Are you sure it's that easy? (doubts)Money: YES!! See, after you've joined us, you'll just be staying at home and clicking away on the Internet to check your rolling income while the others who haven't heard about this franchise will still be working like mad dogs. So why wait? JOIN US!!!I've been thinking so long and heard (ok, not very long and not very hard). I've reached a conclusion--NO. I don't want such money. Yiling (went out with her last night) and I both agreed that there's the element of greed in there, and we both don't feel very comfortable with this business. I think I prefer working with my own sweat and effort to earn my income in future, to joining a franchise and making money just by clicking away every single day at home and having too much time to spare. Of course, I admit that a part of me wanted to join because I could support my family and also, I could use the extra time to learn piano, bake, plus other things that I've always wanted to do. However, after I've weighed the pros and cons, I realise that the cons outweigh the pros. You see, it's quite similar to a business going in par with globalisation, and seriously speaking, I really don't like the idea of it. I still prefer slowing down sometimes, and experiencing the life of tradition and past cultures. In addition, the people 'working' there wear very formally until I felt so afraid to even enter that place! It's too commercialised... I don't like it.
Sorry, Sandy and YW. I wish u both success in life, though. =)
