When people ask me, "Why Social Work?", I would answer, "Because I like it."
In fact, I haven't given a real good thought about this question.
"Why Social Work?"
- Because I like working with people.
- Because I like the human touch of my work, instead of the cold paper and machines.
- Because I like to work through myself before I could help others.
- Because I see others before myself.
- Because I know that there're so many people out there who need someone to care for them.
- Because I want to love.
- Because I want the whole world to spread the love and peace around.
- Because I want everyone to feel that they've a reason to be in this world.
- Because I want people to smile, to be happy, in the long run.
